Mulot & Petitjean is a famous factory of spacy bread in Dijon.
In 1796, this was the creation of La Maison Boittier, Barnabé Boittier was the foundor.
This factory is a family story because since 1796 it's the same family who lead it and product spacy bread. They product spacy bread of artisanal way.
Since 1796 there was 8 directors. Nowaday it's Catherine PETITJEAN-DUGOURD who leads it.
They sell a lot of spacy bread ( almond, nature, fruits ), nonettes ( spacy bread with chocolate, jam), spacy bread with sugar on and candies.

- 250g of honey
- 10cL of hot milk
- 100g of melted butter
- 200g of flour
- ½ sachet of yeast
- 50g of brown sugar
- 1 egg
- a little bit of salt
- spacy ( cinnamon, nuts, clove, ginger, peel of orange....)
Dilute honey in the hot milk.
Add melted butter, flour mix vigorously.
Put the yeast, borwn sugar, egg and slat.
Add spacies.
Cook in a baking tin during 30-35 min. The oven at 180-200 °C.
You can drink a hot spacy chocolate milk with it.
